IMPORTANT SIGN-UP INFORMATION:

  • If no roommate name is indicated, Trip Leader will assign roommates based on gender. We recommend using the NHSC Facebook Group to identify roommates prior to registration.
  • No seat upgrades will be available for air travel. You will be assigned seats by the airline. Preferences cannot be accommodated.
  • Read the NH Ski Club Cancellation policy. If you need to cancel after the grace period, we will do our best to help you find a substitute from the waiting list. We highly encourage trip insurance (this is a list of options) as we cannot guarantee a refund, and you will be responsible for all name change fees ($150) in the event of a substitution once ticketed.
  • We are holding a block of group tickets on United getting us into Steamboat around 12 noon on March 8 and departing the hotel at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14. Definitely 5 days of skiing Monday-Friday. Maybe a half day on Saturday. We will be pricing other flights when other airlines open their schedules in the coming months so airline choice, arrival and departure times are subject to change.
